Cuffin Season is over

That line right there. Is everything. The first time I heard it I was instantly amp. Yes it had a little to do wit the fact I was getting tired of the gym and winter was beating me down. After hearing that. I made it to the gym with a pep in my step right to take on  those Squats.  Though I still hate them I felt good know that even Fabo was noticing that there are still real women out there who don't take the easy way out.
After an incredible work out I was on a mission to get that tape.
 OH wait it's 2014 Nobody listens to cassette tapes and more. They  barely listen to CD's anymore. So where am I going to get a mix tape to download? I had to let that simmer for a while. Thanks to YouTube I was about to get my music mix tape fix.
About a month goes by then, BAM.  Thanks to my favorite Memphis Tenn Diva K. Michelle came out with Still No Fucks Given.

As a matter a fact how are you doing with your fitness goal for 2014? Are you still on it. If your kind of wavering like myself I got some tips on keeping you motivated. First and most important to me. Get you music playlist up. Yes we all have out classic songs that get us motivated. Christina Aguilera, "Fighter" is my dig deep song forever. But as a female tell me Beyonce's, "Flawless" doesn't do something for you?
My advice for you is to get that Mix tape app and update you play list with some new new none main stream  song.
